ALZ | Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Engagement, National Offices in Chicago
Yarissa Reyes is the national Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Engagement at the Alzheimer’s Association. In this role, Yarissa works with Association and external leaders to assess, identify, and execute on new and ongoing partnerships with organizations that advocate for the well-being of diverse communities, with a goal of increasing the Association’s engagement in all communities. Prior to assuming this new role, Yarissa served as Vice President of Communications for the Florida region of the Alzheimer’s Association overseeing branding, public relations, digital communications, and advertising. She graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Communications and completed a nonprofit management certification program at La Salle University, and a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace certificate from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.
