Elizabeth is the Community Engagement and Education Manager-Alzheimer’s Association NYC Chapter. Elizabeth has been working at the Alzheimer’s Association since June 2018. She supervises the team of Care and Support Program Managers as they deploy community engagement strategies and provide caregiver support through education workshops and other programs to address the needs of constituents across NYC. Elizabeth’s background includes extensive experience in overseeing and coordinating public health education and disease prevention programs. She received her Ba. in Socio Cultural Anthropology from Universidad de Puerto Rico Recinto de Rios Piedras and a Master Degree of Public Health from Indiana University School of Public Health. She speaks fluent Spanish and Arabic.
