Alzheimer´s Association-Fresno
Stella De La Pena is a Health Systems Director and Diversity Equity and Inclusion Director for the Alzheimer's Association for Region 2. She works with health systems to improve and transform the way dementia care is delivered. She helps identify challenges in managing dementia care and provides solutions for improving healthcare outcomes for patients and health systems. Stella leads the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy for the Northern California Northern Nevada Chapter overseeing a team that serves and engages diverse communities. Stella has spent her 30-year career working in non-profit health care organizations improving and delivering health programs and services for constituents.
